AUS/NZ and General Fulfillment Update!

Greetings All!
Back with a yet another Fulfillment Update / Follow Up. I’m not working from my regular office station, so please bear with me.
US/CA:
We just have a small list of outliers. iI we have spoken directly and you still haven’t received your items. that means you are on this list. I have been following up every two days.
EU/UK:
Fulfillment should be wrapping up save for a much smaller list of outliers. Some of you will hear from me today!
AUS/NZ:
I entered shipping prices last night as they confirmed package and handling fees last week. Apologies for the delay on this. I had been following up rather vigorously since they delayed until the new year.
Charges should be processed next Monday, and I should be able to transfer funds the same week.
Digital Items:
They are going to be the main focus once this never ending fulfillment wraps. I am working while the office is being repaired. This is a new one for me: the recent cold snap burst a pipe last week, and the office was in the line of fire. While I’ve been able to work in some capacity during the repairs, it's been a struggle.
They are fully kicking me out today, so I am hoping to be back in by next week. In the meantime, it’s the laptop for me! As mentioned previously, I have been the choke point for digital items. So, I’m working on getting these moving and finalized.

Region Updates: Why not more shipping updates?

Greetings All!
This was originally typed up for posting when I arrived at PAXU, but I received some major updates upon landing. This has been updated and is now getting posted as my post Con-Crud (thankfully not COVID again) fever broke.
Shipping Shakedown:
After the previous update, Backerkit and my US fulfillment had an all-hands on deck and did a shakedown of the addresses to make sure we didn’t have any other errors. From what we can tell this was exclusively a US issue, but affected anyone who updated addresses during the campaign.
It has since been resolved. The outliers will be moved to follow-ups once all of the Waves Finalize.
US Updates!
Wave 1 & Wave 2 Completed:
This is pretty huge. The initial wave of shipments has gone out!
But what if I haven’t gotten my stuff? AKA Remnant Dice, Outliers, & Wave 3:
Remnant Ore Dice: Due to some of the previously mentioned hiccups and the solutions, the fulfillment center burned through the additional backstock and ran out of ROD. These dice have since been shipped this past week and should be received. I’m waiting for confirmation, hopefully tomorrow.
Outliers/Replacements: To those I’ve spoken with directly over Empty Storage Boxes, Incorrect Addresses, Missing Items, and Numerous other issues: I have contacted the Fulfillment Center and passed your information along. I have a running list, and you are in the follow-up immediately after this wave is finished.
Wave 3: I was informed that more cards were processed in a late OCT/NOV charge, which was unexpected but not unwelcome. I’m working with Fulfillment to get these 13 additional backers sorted into a final Wave 3 and out the door along with the Replacements.
EU/UK Shipping:
I, like you, have been waiting on this one.
They have now confirmed the data, as it exchanged hands over a month ago and I was just waiting to hear about the transfers of shipping cost. As it is tied to international taxes for several countries, they are double checking everything to be above board. It was a long wait for an update. My apologies for that. I had reached out several times before receiving answers.
After a series of inquiries to higher ups, the update came last Thursday when I touched down for PAXU. They are short items from the packing list, and it is now apparent. This was a shock as the extra stock sent was to relieve any shortages. This coming up this far along came as a surprise, and the items missing were quite costly. By the time I arrived at the convention hall, I had already placed the refill orders. I even shipped to have my stock of ROD (ordered with the US refill) transferred to the UK to save time. I can’t stress how out of left field this was.
We are now waiting for two items that did not have manufacturer stock, the Card Standee and Stone Dice (these were made in a very limited run) to be processed. In the meantime, we are doing a number shakedown between their systems and Backerkit to re-confirm numbers.
Once they have confirmation of shipment. They will be sending out their own confirmation of address emails, so please keep an eye on your emails in these next two weeks. I have asked if it is possible to begin shipping those with complete order items in the meantime.

AUS/NZ:
After much debate over the CBM due to having the Map Tube included, this charging should finally begin this coming week. You should be getting the notification from Backerkit, who was nice enough to hop on a feverish call with me this week to confirm the plan. Once processed, the shipping should start immediately the following week once funds are transferred.
Apologies for this delay. This was an entirely different method of charging compared to the previous regions, which was by weight or by item. It, like all things, chose to be difficult.
I have been going through each of the 112 orders to process the fee, so the amount of double checks have been substantial. This list is getting transferred for Backerkit to input and process before charging.
Creature Tech / Mini Adventures:
Besides the playmats Maps for the Mini-Adventures, these are still planned as a Digital Delivery. I’ve been so wrapped up in crawling shipping forward with the previously mentioned issues. As the last update stated, I have been the hold up for these.
I have brought on additional help for this and will be updating you as it progresses. Every minute I have away is spent tinkering with these to get them up to snuff and ready for sharing.
After PAXU and a small delay from this fever week, I have a sit down planned with Darryl and Tony (who, as previously stated, is helping me with these) to pull the final needs list together so that it can be knocked out.
Until then, apologies for the delays. There are so many notes for things to start and confirm while the packages are in transit for future projects.

Micro-Update: D3 at Sea + Shipping

Greetings All!
Tiniest of updates - It is absolutely wonderful to hear that people are receiving and enjoying their pledges! I can’t wait to hear what effects they have at your tables.
This week, I’m leaving for D3 at Sea and will be back in 8 Days.
I’ll be working on items and art while I am gone, but I will have very limited internet access. What I’ll be doing with that is as follows.
I’ll be able to pop back in and check comments and messages only once this week, apologies. I pride myself on faster responses, but sadly this is the best I can manage.
Fulfillment check in! After this weekend, I have a check in with all fulfillment companies. There was an issue that has only now been revealed after the US Wave 1.
US Wave 2:
This should be leaving the warehouse this week as we are good to go, Backerkit is investigating an issue where some updated addresses are not transferring correctly. Once they sign off on Wave 2, we should be set. (It’s a short list - they are in direct contact even with me out of the loop.)
AUS/EU/NZ/UK - Abroad
They are also checking this same issue for all other backers. Once this is confirmed, I should get a green light to pass along to the other fulfillment partners.
Apologies for this. I had been investigating after a number reached out last week, including some I had personally updated with Backers. The final red flag hit at dinner last night, so the pause is needed. This extra time ensures that people get their product to the correct addresses.
So for the next few days, I will be away. I have a more in depth list of things I’m working on with the new Kickstarter update, but I am pressing to get the Creature Tech and Mini Adventures approved and moving along in the next week as well.

Greetings All!
To the joy of all, I’m back with even more shipping updates!
I want to thank everyone for hanging through this and all of the kind words from those who have already received their packages. It means the world, and this has taken a lot to get everything moving smoothly. It’s definitely a learning experience.
US & CA:
Wave 1 is officially going to be sending out its last shipment on Thursday. With many having already received it, keep an eye out for that tracking information.
For those charged last week, you are part of Wave 2! Your information has been collected and passed on. We’re just waiting for permission to transfer the funds and get the last 5% underway!
South America:
I have received direct quotes for the cost for each individual backer, and I will be reaching out with options for you all directly just as soon as I can list those options coherently in an email.
UK/EU:
These have been fully posted with the first 2 rounds of charging processed!
This information and payments are being passed along to Fulfillment to start getting these packages out the door for everyone charged last week! They should be getting back to me shortly with everything primed and ready to go by next week.
Just waiting on that confirmation to transfer the funds.
AUS/NZ:
This is moving along smoothly. They should be posted this week with charging to follow! Shooting for charging to begin processing Friday and Next Monday, so please take this time to verify your cards and addresses
If it does not roll out this week, I will have it shift to next Wednesday and Friday as a back-up.
Mini - Adventures & Creature Tech:
Admittedly the hiccup for these being delivered now, is me.
I have notably more wrapped up in this fulfillment stage and taken on direct contact and follow ups than at any other stage. (I’ve loved chatting with you! Seriously.) Due to this however, these items are all still waiting for my sign off for the next steps. I’m going to kick these into high gear and get us going on these digital items within 2 Months.
As mentioned previously, I’ve gotten additional help for this. They are just waiting for me.
It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these, but Ollie is a good friend and (just as importantly) something that I would gladly use and have backed! It just reached its midway point, and I’m a sucker for a good map!

Shipping Updates! US/CA Multi-Wave, UK Posted, EU/AUS/NZ Updates!

Greetings All!
Here are some updates on shipping. I’ve been in the trenches with this for a month now, but thank goodness we are almost through.
US Shipping:
After the first two rounds of attempting charges two weeks ago and a third round last week, we are still missing about 10% of the backers. Discussing with Fulfillment, they have agreed to split the shipment into 2 Waves. After the re-quote and confirmations, we are officially underway with organizing and shipping.
971 of the US/CA Shipments are on their way starting Monday!
The remaining 106 Backers will have another attempt at charging this coming FridayPM and next Wednesday. Backers charged over this period will be the 2nd Wave of US shipping that will be shipping in 2-3 weeks.
If you have any questions, please message me directly. I am happy to help. Many have reached out directly for resolutions already.
UK/EU Shipping:
Two rounds of charging for this will be coming next week (Monday/Friday)! Shipping charges will be loaded into your carts for confirmation this week (hopefully today for EU, UK is up for viewing).
This is broken down by weight, so it’s been an easier process overall. However, breaking it down by the numerous countries has been a bit more time consuming. The automated system for Backerkit is much more inclined for this system of charging.
AUS/NZ Shipping:
This is also being charged next week! You should be able to see the shipping charges loaded into your cart before the end of this week!
Overall:
Between weights, processing, taxes, and the turn around on quotes/updates. This has dragged on and consumed most of my schedule, but happily at the finish line for charging and sending.
